Registration for the 2008 Windy City Kayak Symposium is simple.

1. Print the registration form below (one for each participant)
2. Select the courses and events in which you would like to participate
3. Fill out the payment information section
4. Use the contact information on the bottom of the form to mail or fax your registration
5. Once your registration is received we will send you a confirmation
6. Start counting the days to the 2008 Windy City Kayak Symposium

Symposium Passes

Individual Pass - Adults, ages 22 and older
Family Pass - Two Adults, and any number of dependent children under 21 years of age
Youth/Student Pass - Youth ages 12-21
Walk about Pass - All Ages
